4th annual CRScube Japan user conference 2026
Real experience, shared by our users
We are holding our fourth CRScube Japan User Conference – Geekfest –, taking place on 7th July in Tokyo.
This year’s program brings together three user-led case studies, new feature demonstrations, and dedicated networking spaces designed to encourage practical discussion among users, partners, and teams considering CRScube solutions.
Our purpose is simple: to create a space where users can share real operational experience, ask direct questions, and exchange ideas that help solve challenges in their own clinical trial environments.
New features and AI development
This year’s user conference introduces two new solutions.
AI Builder
Using AI to support operational efficiency, it reduces EDC setup time from weeks to days. The session includes a demonstration of practical use cases and how the feature can be applied in day-to-day workflows.
App-free ePRO
This new solution allows ePRO to be used without requiring patients to install a smartphone app. Developed in response to requests from pharmaceutical companies, it is designed to reduce the burden on both patients and study operations teams.
Three practical case studies from CRScube users
We are pleased to partner with our clients to share how CRScube solutions solve challenges faced in real trial settings.
Japan Institute for Health Security (JIHS)
EDC build in academiaThis session covers how CRScube build support services were used within the constraints and requirements of an academic research institution.
Seven to One Inc.
AI and RPA: A year in reviewThis presentation reflects on what changed, what remained the same, and what comes next after a year of working with AI and RPA in EDC development and data management operations.
CMIC Co., Ltd.
eSource case study in late phase trialsThis session shares practical experience using CRScube’s eSource data capture for patients in late phase studies.
We selected those topics as they showcase CRScube’s approach to problem-solving applied to a wide range of requirements: academic operations, field-led process improvement, and practical application of system functions to real study needs.
Creating value through shared experience
The CRScube Japan User Conference is more than a product update. It is a place to exchange practical knowledge from the field, including the lessons, challenges, and ideas that are difficult to capture in manuals or technical documents.
