Geekfest 2025 preparation journey by APAC director Uchiyama and manager Aono

― Better Quality, Deeper Trust. A place for communication and sharing to grow together ―

We are pleased to host CRScube Geekfest 2025, our user conference in Japan, on Monday, June 16th, 2025, for pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and academia representatives who are currently using or considering implementing CRScube’s solutions.

This year marks the third edition of this event, and we plan to share the status and future development direction of our products, as well as actual operational case studies. We have also prepared opportunities for networking so that all attendees can interact with each other and broaden their horizon. We look forward to an interactive event.

Better Quality, Deeper Trust

CRScube APAC Representative Uchiyama stated ahead of the event: "Although our products have not been in the Japanese market for long, we feel deep gratitude and great responsibility toward our customers who have understood our value and chosen us. In 2025, we have declared a zero error strategy that fundamentally reorganizes our quality management system.

While this is not a task that can be completed in a short time, this strategy, powered by the voices of our customers, results in a steady evolution of our platform. At this user conference, we want to share the interim results of these efforts and create an opportunity to communicate directly and grow together."

Representative Uchiyama recalled that during the first iteration of CRScube Geekfest, there was great uncertainty about the success of the event. As the years have passed, he has been encouraged by the sincere opinions of attendees and has come to realize even more that this event is a place for developing products together.

He also added that the warm encouragement and feedback from users serve as great motivation for CRScube’s product development team.

"Last year's event saw more attendees than expected, and the case study presentations were impressive with active questions and opinion sharing, creating passionate communication. This year as well, we have carefully considered the program composition and space design to encourage active collaboration, which we expect to be valuable for all who attend.

Program focused on practical applications

The planning and composition of this event was handled by Aono from CRScube APAC’s product support team.

The morning will introduce our latest product lineup, development direction, and global activities. The afternoon will be fully focused on how our products are utilized in the field, through case studies from some of our clients on planned SDV, cubeRBQM and cubeTMF.

Event promoting communication and exchange

CRScube Geekfest will also include time for free exchange such as lunch seminars, coffee breaks, and evening networking.

We have prepared spaces where you can comfortably talk with product managers or other attendees, providing a place to share beyond the usual emails or web meetings.

On the day of the event, the Korean headquarters development and support teams will also attend together. This will be a precious opportunity to meet and communicate directly with the staff who are behind CRScube’s daily support.
