Why Mednet. Why Now.

Staying true to our mission

At CRScube, we’ve always believed clinical trials can be better – not just faster or more efficient, but more human, more flexible, and more globally connected. That belief drives our technology forward. It’s captured in our promise: Clinical data, simply. But more importantly, it deepens our partnerships and grounds our decisions.

Acquiring Mednet marks an important chapter in our journey, one that brings us closer to those we serve while staying true to what we value most: thoughtful innovation, trusted collaboration, and care for the people behind every trial.

Our promise is simple: wherever you are, we’re here, with solutions that empower progress, people who listen, and support you can count on.

Leaning on our strength

CRScube is a business with very strong basis. We have seen organic growth ever since our inception in 2011. We are Korea’s #1 eClinical vendor, our market share in Japan is growing, and we have been making good strides in our expansion in Europe and in the US.

So why have we acquired Mednet?

North America is a key region in the clinical trials industry, a region that requires a very specific attention, from people who know the market well and who live and breathe the American culture.

Having grown without external investment, we have reached a point where this acquisition was possible. Leaning on our wonderful Europe and US team lead by Juan Munoz-Pujol, our Chief Strategy & Development Officer, we decided to propel our global expansion and double-down our focus on the North American market.

The Mednet team is humble, yet they have kept growing year after year, differentiating themselves as an innovative eClinical vendor leading with a human touch. From the first day we engaged with them, we liked how approachable they are, and their determination to bring innovative solutions to the market.

A perfect match

CRScube and Mednet are a natural fit. We are both innovators in eClinical technology. We both operate on a SaaS model, serve the same customers, and believe in transforming clinical trials.

CRScube's leadership in Asia is matched by Mednet's deep market experience, client relationships, and operational excellence in North America. Their team brings deep knowledge of the regulatory landscape, commercial expectations, and day-to-day challenges faced by trial teams in that region.

Our complementary strengths come together in mutual respect, common values, and a shared vision for better research. From day one, our combined team is ready to deliver more – more efficiency, more value, and more impact for clinical teams around the world.

Time for consolidation

Our industry has been craving for vendor consolidation for some time – there are clearly too many options in the market. Joining forces with Mednet is one step towards vendor consolidation, but also a foundation for a more obvious alternative for our clients. Many sponsors and CROs are stuck working with legacy platforms that do not deliver the same efficiencies as our leading technology.

It's time for our industry to break the mold and embrace nimbler, more human solution providers. That’s exactly what we and Mednet are: down to earth, global yet local, ever so approachable.

A promise for the future

By merging CRScube and Mednet teams, we’re combining our respective regional strengths – expanding CRScube’s presence in the US and helping Mednet broaden its horizons in Asia. This is a step forward with purpose: to bring our global platform closer to the clients who need it, and to do so with local know-how and genuine care.

Now is the right time to act – with focus, humility, and confidence in the value we can bring together.

We’re not just going global. We’re going local – where it matters most.
